About
Born and raised in a small town in Veneto, living with a son and wife in a small town in Canton Ticino (Switzerland), often in the big city of Taipei (Taiwan, #台灣就是台灣 #台獨).
My old passport was full of different stamps and I really liked it; my current one has mostly Taiwanese stamps but I still like it. Two thirds of my life I have spent looking east, to East Asia. I know Japanese literature better than Italian literature, I’m interested in East Asian history, I’m forgetting Japanese and learning Mandarin.
Neoliberal in the streets, libertarian in the sheets. Unapologetically globalist. Proudly localist. Friendly nihilist. Kinda Buddhist.
But if you invite me to dinner I swear I’m also funny.
